SUMMARY: E-Commerce Manager will establish, develop an d manage Kemin online flagship stores an d grow brand business in the platforms.
The platforms will include 1688.com an d zhue.cn in 2021, an d may include TMall, Taobao, JD in the future. The role will also establish, manage an d operate Kemin’s own customer E-Commerce （EC） platform.
This position will report to the Pan-China Digital Transformation leader, an d work closely with TP an d multiple internal business functions, including cross-BU marketing, sales, supply chain, finance, customer service, technical service, distributor team etc.
MINIMUM EDUCATION （including licenses, certifications, designations, etc.）:
2.Major in chemistry, medical, IT, statistics, economy, finance, E-commerce, marketing, project management is a plus；
1.3rd party E-Commerce platforms store daily operation an d management , including EC annual strategy plan, campaign planning, pricing，promotion, merchandising, creativity, logistics, inventory, contract，invoice, order return, comments management, PPC, livestreaming, advertorials, customer service, sales talk, leads generation, etc.
2.Establishment an d operation of Kemin’s own E-commerce shop；
3.EC channels lead generation an d tracking；
4.EC Data analysis daily/weekly/monthly reports an d improvement plan （Site traffic, MQL, SQL, GMV, Conversion, Return rate, etc）；
5.Design EC CRM & loyalty program to increase RMF；
6.Private traffic an d community operation。

4.Align with KI Digital Marketing, Corp Comm, CRM an d Portal team with the branding an d promotion campaigns an d portals/platforms

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCES:
1.Previous corporate Ｏr agency experience in E-commerce is highly desired. At least 3-5 years hands-on online store opening an d operation experience.
2.TP work experience is a plus.
3.At least 1-5 years work experience in B2B industry Ｏr work for B2B clients.
4.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to set priorities an d handle multiple projects efficiently in order to meet deadlines.
5.A reliable, flexible, self-starter with strong initiative an d the ability to maintain a professional demeanor while working under pressure as there is a high level of acＣountability for one’s work.
